Home / Dining
A neighbourhood table and a warm bar, both rooted in Quebec’s seasons and producers.
Foundry & Vine is an easy, produce-led restaurant set under the loft’s original steel beams. The kitchen changes with the market — bright plates in summer, slow braises when the winter sets in — all meant for sharing.
Breakfast is served daily for house guests; dinner and the bar welcome visitors, too. Reservations are recommended on weekends.
Named for the building’s past life, The Ironworks Bar is where evenings unwind — a tight list of classic and seasonal cocktails, Quebec microbrews and a short plates menu until late.
It’s a few steps from the gaming lounge, so it’s an easy place to start or end the night.
